Deposit-

All programs require a $200 deposit at the time of application.

The deposit is applied toward the cost of the program.

($100 of this fee is non-refundable).

**Note- A $100 reduction in the program price is awarded to those who submitted their application on or before February 11, 2011. Please apply this to your final payment due on April 20, 2011.

SCHOLARSHIP & FINANCIAL AID

Each member institution may have scholarships available for study abroad. Please contact your campus representative for further information.

The CCSA program courses are part of the regular course offerings of member institutions; therefore, students may apply for any student loans or grants for which they would normally have eligibility. The campus representative will assist students needing information about financial aid. The CCSA central office notifies financial aid offices at member institutions of program costs. It is imperative that students applying for financial aid apply by the specific deadline dates in order to facilitate the financial aid process. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for program payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that an applicant must cancel his/her planned participation in a CCSA program, the CCSA central office must be notified immediately. Individuals who cancel prior to the application deadline will receive a full refund less the $100 non-refundable portion of their application deposit. Individuals who cancel after the application deadline are responsible for the $100 non-refundable portion of the application deposit and any unrecoverable expenses incurred by CCSA on their behalf. In addition, applicants who cancel within 30 days of the trip’s scheduled departure will also be charged an administrative cancellation fee of $300. All cancellations must be made in writing to the CCSA central office at Belmont University in order for refunds to be processed. The foregoing standards also apply to applicants whose participation is involuntarily canceled by CCSA due to the applicant's failure to remain in good standing. Should CCSA cancel a program prior to departure, a full refund will be issued. Should CCSA terminate a program in progress, all program payments to CCSA less non-recoverable expenses will be refunded.

Trip Cancelation Insurance Applicants are strongly encouraged to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. This insurance is available through most travel agencies or by doing a web search for trip cancellation insurance. A few suggestions are: AAA, Access America and Travel Guard Insurance (CCSA does not endorse these agencies).
