- STUDENTS FROM CONSORTIUM MEMBER SCHOOLS ONLY:
Please take your completed application to your CCSA Campus Representative for review, approval, and signature. Your Campus Representative will submit the application to the CCSA Central Office on your behalf. It must be submitted with the appropriate deposit. Click here to locate your campus representative.
- STUDENTS FROM NON-CONSORTIUM MEMBER SCHOOLS ONLY:
In order to complete your application, you must also submit the following items; please check to indicate those that are also enclosed with your application-
- A current official academic transcript.
- A completed Study Abroad Approval Form.
- A faculty recommendation. (May be submitted directly to CCSA on your behalf)

- Applicants that are NON-U.S. CITIZENS:
In addition, prior to application should contact their home-country embassy in the United States, as well as the embassy or consulate of the country to which they are traveling, to determine which documents are needed to enter CCSA destination countries. They should also contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service to find out which documents are needed to re-enter the United States and whether their leaving the United States is likely to have an adverse effect upon their U.S. resident status. Then apply per above choices.
