Plane Attack and Security Wait Times

CCSA is aware and monitoring the security incident that happened on Christmas day with Northwest Airlines flight 253.

As of now there are no flight changes for CCSA participants. One possible effect could be security check-points. The TSA may issue a "No Liquids Policy" similar to the 2006 terrorist incident. This will mean no liquid of any kind will be allowed though security. This will only be for carry-on luggage. Checked luggage will not be effected.
No liquid means no liquid, not even in 3 ounce and under containers.

Participants should give themselves the full two hours CCSA has recommended for check-in and getting through security. The CCSA representative will meet them with their ticket at the location given in the third letter. Remember that security lines could be long so plan accordingly and pack appropriately.

Check the TSA for more information and travel delays and security check-point delays.
