- The course description should be included.

- Check to make sure the poster looks good once printed in black and white.
- You must get approval from PR Specialist or Executive Director before you use.
- You should follow your campus rules and procedures on posting flyers/poster.
These recruiting tips, including a list which has been compiled by Dr. Perilou Goddard, one of CCSA’s most successful recruiters, are presented to assist you in recruiting a sufficient number of participants in order for your class to be sent. Please feel free to contact the CCSA central office with additional suggestions to this list. Individual Program PamphletsIn addition to the CCSA Summer/Winter Brochures, there are now program specific pamphlets that can be printed and handed out. These should not take the place of the brochure in overall recruiting but used to help promote a program when a participant knows the exact location they wish to study in. The pamphlets, that can be scene and downloaded below in the Attachments section, can be printed in color or black and white. They should then be copied front and back and folded to create the pamphlet design. The first page of each pamphlet can be used as a simple poster for a program and you can write in additional information. Additional changes can be made to help you recruit. Just contact Joe for more information or problems in printing. |
